Whilst the caffeine level in a cup of Newborn Wonder is higher than a normal builders brew, the theanine gives it a slow release effect and a long, gentle boost.
As well as being higher in caffeine than black tea, White Peony white tea has also been shown to be high in anti-oxidants.
